(Photo by Prasit Tangprasert)NAKHON RATCHASIMA - A lorry carrying 18,000 litres of fuel caught fire and was burned out after a rear tyre burst and sent out a shower of sparks on Wednesday morning. The 10-wheel Isuzu tanker registered in Buri Ram province was carrying 12,000 litres of petrol and 6,000 litres of diesel from Sara Buri province for delivery in Buri Ram, the 48-year-old driver, Phuan Khacheefa, said. While Mr Phuan was still bringing the truck to a halt, sparks from the damaged wheel started a fire on the tank. Mr Phuan said he ran for his life as the flames engulfed the entire vehicle.
